Alcohol Intoxication
defined by:

lThe presence of slurred speech, incoordination, unsteady gait, nystagmus, impairment in attention or memory, stupor or coma, and clinically significant maladaptive behavioral or psychological changes that develops  during or shortly after alcohol ingestion.
